JUSTICE OR MERCY - AUGUST 2017

Our first production, Justice or Mercy: An Immersive Modern Adaptation of Mozart’s La Clemenza di Tito, was performed in Cambridge, MA in August 2017. Sung in Italian with dialogue in English translated and adapted by Carolyn Balkovetz. Our production, directed by Cesara Walters, guided audiences through the offices and halls of President Titus’ headquarters as the political scandals unfolded, and invited the audience to decide the ending: JUSTICE or MERCY!

BACKSTAGE PASS- MAY 2018

Our 1st Annual Fundraising Gala!

pop_gala-80.jpg

We joined forces with Juliet Restaurant yet again to transform their cozy full service kitchen and dining room into the backstage of a grand opera house. We served cocktails, wine, and delicious Juliet cuisine and filled the space with music and laughter. In this immersive dinner experience the audience and actors shared a role as everyone was expected to attend a chorus rehearsal and respond the stage manager's calls of "5 minutes to salad"! The characters came to life as they were handed a prop and began to sing. We had a blast presenting this night of immersive arias as a fundraising event for our Summer 2018 production of Cinderella: an immersive opera sung in French, based on Massenet's Cendrillon.
